Method of Registration:
To apply for pre-registration, please complete registration via online by no later than August 20, 2010.
After this date, attendees are urged to register on site at the Conference.
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Confirmation:
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. This confirmation must be retained and presented at the registration desk to receive the Conference materials.
Cancellation and Refund Policies:
Cancellation shall be possible only if the Registration Office receives written notification to the effect as follows, in which case the registration fees will be refunded after the Conference.
Cancellation Refund
Cancellation made until May 31, 2010: Deduction of JPY3000 from the registration fee
Cancellation made until July 31, 2010: 50% of the registration fee
Cancellation made from August 1, 2010: No refund
- Bank handling charges will be deducted from the refund.
- All refunds will be made after the Conference.
Visa Support
All foreign participants must have a valid passport. Those from countries which do not have a VISA-waiver agreement with Japan are required to obtain VISA before arriving in Japan. Please contact the nearest Japanese Embassy/Consulate about VISA requirements. If you need assistance with your documents to apply VISA, please contact the VISA Support Office of ICAA12 indicated below.
Please note that VISA Support Office can only issue VISA documents for participants who have already registered and paid the registration fee.
