1. Manuscripts for Proceedings
The authors should prepare the following items.
(1) Manuscript of paper in 6 pages at the maximum Instruction and Template
(2) Final edition of abstract with 150-250 words* Instruction and Template
*If you do not submit the final edition, we will use the abstract submitted before for publication.
(3) Copyright transfer form Instruction and Template
**Important Dates for the Authors**
-Paper Deadline is at 24:00 on March 31, 2010 (GMT+8).

-Registration Deadline is at 24:00 on March 31, 2010 (GMT +8)

<Important>
In case not receiving the above all items by deadline, your paper will be regarded as withdrawn.
The authors also should complete the registration with full payment of the fee by May 31, 2010 otherwise the paper will be treated as withdrawn.
How to submit
Submission of the files should be via online.
In order to log in, your reference number and password are required. The password is notified via email to all authors of accepted papers.
After you log-in, please check and fill in the following items:
- (1) Information on presenting author and paper title
You will see the information on your paper that you filled in when you submitted your abstract. Please update the presenter's information and presentation title, if there are any changes. - (2) Abstract, Paper and Copyright Transfer Form files
Please upload your final edition of your abstract, paper and the copyright transfer form in PDF format. The PDF files should NOT be locked and all fonts and graphics should be embedded.
Each file should be named as follows:
- Paper >>>"reference No._p_Name.pdf" (ex."00999_p_Sato.pdf")
- Abstract>>"reference No._a_Name.pdf" (ex."00999_a_Kumai.pdf")
- Copyright Transfer Form>>"reference No._c_Name.pdf" (ex."00999_c_Takayama.pdf")
*NOTE:
You can upload only one file to the submission system, so please put your manuscripts in PDF format in one folder, and compress the folder into a zip file to submit the files. (The file size should be less than 8 MB.)
When you update your manuscript or the others, please note that the old file that you've already updated will be overwritten by the new one.
Thus, when you upload your updated manuscript, please be sure to put your manuscript as well as your abstract and your copyright transfer form in one folder again, and compress the folder into a zip file.
